We kicked off our annual “March Mayhem” contest on Monday with a
breakfast that featured remarks from Oregon State women’s basketball coach viagra online without prescription
href=”http://www.osubeavers.com/sports/w-baskbl/mtt/rueck_scott00.html”>Scott Rueck.
Rueck talked about the season just past, how he literally rebuilt the team almost completely from scratch, and his hopes for the future of the program.
His goal: Make Oregon State a destination for some of the nation’s top basketball players.
That’s what Rueck did at Division III George Fox, where he racked up 14 straight winning seasons and won a national championship.
He also was unstinting in his praise for standout senior El Sara Greer, who emerged as a true team leader this season.
It should be fun to watch how the women’s team continues to develop under Rueck.
Rueck, by the way, started his coaching career at Santiam Christian High School, where he was an assistant with the boys’ basketball team from 1989 until 1993.

Coach Rueck seems to be a great fit, and has the right approach to building a program worth supporting. Qualities that are not present to other basketball coaches at OSU.
